A zine that reexamines everyday life through the lens of the wall. From natural rock faces and tree lines to urban signage, murals, and glowing monitor screens, the wall shifts from something that separates to something that carries landscape, media, and meaning. By beginning with the wall, this work invites a quiet reconsideration of how we see and inhabit our surroundings.

seq2pipe is an interpretation-driven, closed-loop adaptive microbiome analysis system. Unlike conventional fixed analysis pipelines, seq2pipe computationally reproduces the iterative interpretation-judgment-execution cycle of a bioinformatician. The system consists of three layers: DataInspector, which directly parses QIIME2 exports and performs statistical tests in pure Python; EvalMediator, which quantitatively evaluates each step across 8 axes; and DecisionEngine, which deterministically modifies the analysis plan using literature-based decision trees. A local large language model (7B parameters) handles Python code generation for each analysis step and proposes creative investigation hypotheses. While the LLM is essential for code generation, all workflow decisions — which steps to skip, add, or reorder — are deterministically made by the DecisionEngine without LLM involvement. Evaluated across 12 scenarios derived from 4 public datasets (252 independent step decisions), the DecisionEngine improved expert agreement from 61% to 95% when taxonomy data was available, with structurally zero false-negative skips.

I built an online card battle game where you fight with proteins, hoping it might spark kids' interest in cell biology. 'Oh, p53 is a transcription factor!' 'Actin and myosin actually bind together!' — those kinds of discoveries happen naturally as you play. All the card descriptions have been rewritten so that even elementary school students can understand them.

Tsubafont is an original tall sans-serif typeface optimized for digital environments. With its extended vertical proportions (1.3x height), it offers enhanced readability and a distinctive contemporary aesthetic.
