Officially became Director of ADvance Lab from this academic year

The 2nd cohort of ADvance Lab has completed their final presentation, and I have officially become Director of the lab from this academic year. Main accomplishments as Vice Director during AY2025: expansion of the internal competitive research fund, and the establishment of special and recommendation admission schedules for prospective students.

An adaptive closed-loop system that computationally reproduces the iterative interpretation-judgment-execution cycle of a bioinformatician. Achieved 95% expert agreement with zero false-negative skips.


I've released a preprint at SocArXiv on quantitative assessment of dormitory culture formation.

I've released a preprint at SocArXiv on quantitative assessment of dormitory culture formation.

The findings suggest that co-ed environments may contain factors that suppress social participation, and that spatial design (such as floor separation) could mitigate this effect.
